Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received email from Roberta Lingren not assigned. Phone consultation on 12/21/09 with manager Bryan Taylor regarding the positive total coliform sample dated 12/18/09. Mr. Taylor wanted to know the next plan of action since he had never been through this before. I asked him to make sure that the lab is provided their water system number so that all the samples they have taken and will take will be posted online. Turns out this sample was taken from a hose bib because the store was closed and under construction. I asked him to take the four repeat samples right away and at the well head and inside the firm. Then five temporary routine samples in January. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples in December and 5 temporary routine samples in January.
