Details:	SUMMARY: Consult with water system about significant deficiencies DETAILS: Ms. Stewart called regarding the December 2009 water system survey. She would like additional time to review the survey and will contact our office next week to discussed the significant deficiencies outlined in the report. She is aware that the deficiencies will need to be corrected or be on an approved schedule for correction by April 26, 2010. ACTION NEEDED: Re-evaluate to determine whether deficiencies were corrected.
