Details:	SUMMARY: ALERT - Repeat Coliform Positive DETAILS: The location of the sample, sink at coffee island, has heavy mineral deposits. The firm has chlorinated Well #1 and Well #2 before repeats were taken. One was positive at the same location, and the coffee island sink and faucet had not been replaced. Debbie Graham stated the firm has the Public Notice posted and will have the sink and faucet replaced before next sampling. She will fax a copy of the Public Notice to the Salem office. ACTION NEEDED: Replace faucet and run water. Five routine samples must be taken in January, first quarter of 2009. The public notice must remain posted until all 5 routine samples are negative.
