Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat positives and public notice. DETAILS: Firm has repeat positive for 4th quarter. The firm believes that the cause is because of a bad faucet. The firm has taken two special samples from the wells (source) and both are negative. The firm plans to replace the faucet and chlorinated the system again before 5 routines are taken in January. The firm has a public notice posted in view of customers and employees. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice must remain posted until all sampling is confirmed negative. The firm may resume quarterly monitoring once all negative samples are received by DHS Drinking Water office.
