Details:	SUMMARY: Violation Investigation - TCR M/R DETAILS: This system failed to submit sample results for Sept. 2008 on time. I emailed Cathy Cochran to discuss. She said, the sample was taken but not submitted (she forgot). She sent both Sept. and Oct. results up immediately and they were posted on November 5. 4/3/09 - Checked coliform results on SDWIS. The Sept. 08 result was submitted late. Results for October, November, December, January and February are all good and submitted on time. ACTION NEEDED: Keep on keeping on -- and return to compliance.
