Reasons:	Coliform Nitrate

Details:	SUMMARY: Monitoring and Reporting: Coliform & Nitrate DETAILS: Merry Pomi of Branding Iron notified in writing of MNR violation for coliform and nitrate reporting. System is required to monitor for coliform bacteria quarterly. The last sample was taken June 26th, 2008. The sample results for the first and second quarter of 2009 and the third and fourth quarter 2008 have not been received by the Drinking Water Program. The system is required to monitor for Nitrates annually. The last sample was taken on December 28, 2005. The sample results for 2008, 2007 and 2006 have not been received by the DWP. ACTION NEEDED: To be in compliance the following actions are required: If required samples were taken, copies are to be sent to the State DWP and Klamath County Environmental Health. If samples were not taken: 1) Take coliform for this quarter (July-Sep 2009) and 2009 nitrate sample immediately. 2)For those samples not taken, post Public Notice within 30 days and send a copy to the State DWP and Klamath Co Environmental Healthy within 10 days.
