Details: SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: 1/8/10 Talked with Teri and learned new septic and drain field construction is occurring on site. Access to the system water is closed and locked to any users in the lavatory building, no outside faucet on the building at all, and there is no occupancy at the host trailer site. Sample was taken from a faucet in the lavatory building that has been closed for use due to the construction work. Request invalidation of sample due to system use currently closed due to construction and site of sample leading to the potential contamination ACTION NEEDED: Repeat samples pending decision from the state on invalidation request. Approval for invalidationsample received from Chuck Michael at the state January 8, 2010. System temporarily inactivated.Teri to contact Maureen Taylor when system is to be brought back on line and a change form will be submitted
