Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic exceeded MCL DETAILS: 12/22/09 Sample collected. 1/14/10 Alert issued. 1/15/10 I called and left message for Steve. 1/19/10 I spoke with Steve today on the phone. We discussed the fact that as a state regulated system and arsenic MCL exceedance does not require any action. I offered to provide an arsenic health effects bulletin. Steve informed me the clientele at the park does not as a rule drink the water that it is used primarily to wash hands and for flushing toilets. He also indicated the system serves a population of 20. ACTION NEEDED: None
