Details:	SUMMARY: Update on progress of Water Master Plan DETAILS: Josh Wells with Westech Engineering called to discuss the progress on the completion of Daytons Water Master Plan. According to the Springs Action Plan, the master plan was to be submitted by Jan 15, 2010. It is not quite complete. ACTION NEEDED: Josh will keep us up to date on the progress. Milestones for meeting the action plan may be shifted once the master plan is submitted for review/approval.
