Details:	SUMMARY: Completed plan review construction inspection, Plan Review 22-2007 DETAILS: G. Burnett and A. Baker completed the plan review construction inspection in conjunction with the routine water system survey. The project was substantially completed about May 1, 2009, and the new 1.5 MG reservoir has been in operation along with the new wells. The construction of the 12 inch water main in Highway 730 has been postponed for a time pending additional engineering review of the location. R. Kazmierczak is reviewing water quality data including MPAs to determine if the new wells are GWUDI or not. ACTION NEEDED: Final approval of Plan Review 22-2007 can be granted when GWUDI determination is completed.
