Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Received alert from state. 4 of 5 temporary routine coliform samples came back positive. Operator contacted office for guidance. Informed operator that MCl violations has occurred and that a public notice will need to be sent out. Advised operator to take repeat samples upstream and downstream of each positive location to try to identify and isolate problem. These repeats can be marked special. Mentioned that the state stated that chlorination for residual maintenance may be required in future. ACTION NEEDED: Send out public notice to all customers. Identify and fix problem in distribution system. Take 5 temporary routine coliform samples next month.
