Details:	SUMMARY: Plan review inspection DETAILS: Russ and Bob Wilson met Mr. Whitehurst at the new reservoir. Construction looks good, locking, waterproof hatch, 2 screened vents, locked control room with dual booster pumps which pump directly into the distribution system. See attached inspection form. We noted the overflow and the drain are separate. The overflow is an elbow at the top of the reservoir with a screened opening. The drain discharge pipe does not yet have a flap valve or screen and Mr. Whitehurst indicated that he planned to dig a dry well for the water from the drain. We advised him to contact Gary Burnett to discuss how to finish the drain. See photos. The old well was rehabbed and a new 4 inch liner was installed. We advised Mr. Whitehurst to discuss the well with Gary to see if any plans are needed for the work done. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to contact Gary Burnett to complete plan review requirements.
