Details:	SUMMARY: Alert follow up DETAILS: Contacted Mathew regarding routine sample results. He mentioned they were having some float level problems in one of the reservoirs. He was headed out of town and would contact another person to do follow up testing. ACTION NEEDED: I delivered 4 sample bottles to operators house for repeats. I explained that with the new ground water rule the repeats were needed within 24 hours of notification and one of the repeats should be a raw water sample from the well.
