Details:	SUMMARY: VOC detection .0008 for sample date 12/8/09 DETAILS: System is on annual testing schedule for Tetrachloroethylene and testing is supposed to be done in the 4th quarter. Need to continue to test in the 4th quarter. System sampled in all 4 quarters in 2007-2008 and 4th quarter had the highest reading so it was determined the system continue to sample in the 4th quarter on an annual basis. ACTION NEEDED: Be sure system continues to test in the 4th quarter.
