Details:	SUMMARY: Water System Suvey Invoice DETAILS: Mr. Suminski had concerns about the invoice he received for his water systems survey conducted in 2009. I indicated that all water systems were required to undergo water system surveys, and as of 2009 were subject to survey fees according to OAR. He appreciated the information. ACTION NEEDED: No further action.
