Details:	SUMMARY: Surface water treatment DETAILS: I spoke with Miranda today and she informed me that she does have a completed form for October 2009 and it was sent in to the state on time. I called and spoke with Chuck Michael and he indicated it is too late to remove the violation. I then spoke with Miranda and gave her the state email address and advised she and Greg check the state website regularly to make sure that samples and reports are received and entered appropriately. ACTION NEEDED: Monthly surface water forms will need to be submitted when camp reopens in March of this year.
