Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: Spoke to Scott regarding the late sample. We discussed getting in the 2010 sample on time to be removed from the Significant Non Compliance (SNC) list. He was given the state fax number. ACTION NEEDED: Submit 2010 sample on time.
