Details: SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: Fourth quarter coliform sample missing. The operator was contacted and said that they had broken pipes and did not take the sample. They were using alternative sources for drinking water while the system was under repair. The pipes are repaired now and the 1st quarter sample will be taken and submitted on time. ACTION NEEDED: none
