Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert 1/21/10. Spoke with Brad that evening and he indicated the positive test was the raw water, and not within the distribution system ( the quarterly sample for the distribution system came back negative on 1/7/10. After consulting with state, indicated to Brad that no repeat samples were needed for this positive raw water test. Brad has asked for technical assistance with understanding compliance monitoring to ensure chlorinator I being effective. Will meet with Brad in field on 2/4/10 to review compliance monitoring ACTION NEEDED: Continue to maintain and monitor chlorinator. Take monthly raw water sample February 2010 and quarterly coliform sample April 2010
