| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Went over ERP for small water systems with Dorothy on site. She had completed most of it. We reviewed the items she did not understand and she completed the plan. System survey was due and I wanted to be sure to get the ERP done on this one. I mailed out ERP forms prior to survey, explained purpose on phone and prompted completion at time of survey visit. ACTION NEEDED: None, completed on site. | ||
