Details:	SUMMARY: Missed nitrate DETAILS: I called Rhonda and she checked her records and could find no lab results to confirm this test was done. She said she will check with the lab and get back to me. If a test was done she will send the results. If not, she agreed to try to get the 2010 nitrates done early this year. ACTION NEEDED: 2/24/10 Rhonda called to say she found the nitrate test results for 2009. I emailed her the address of the state so she can send it in. 3/22/10 State database shows the test was done on 5/12/09 and received 5/19/09
