| Details: | SUMMARY: Assistance with Cross Connection, ASR ERP and Sampling plan DETAILS: System requested assistance for deficiencies noted in the Sanitary Survey. System has a new general manager and on site park manager who are unfamiliar with how to move forward with compliance with the survey requirements and requested assistance. In 2006, I met with the previous park manager and assisted with the issues-- Cross Connection Enabling Authority (XCEA), O&M Manual, ERP, and LCR pH Monitoring. It appears that manager did not submit any of the information to DWP or give it to new managers. Since much of this had been completed in the past, developing new documentation will not be necessary, mostly revisions or updates. I reviewed the purpose of the CC Enabling Authority and discussed potential and existing cross connection situations in the MHP and gave Tim a copy of the XCEA I had developed in 2006 for him to give to the owner. I reviewed the ASR form with them and helped them fill it out. I gave them some information on what to include in the O&M Manual and wrote down a system sampling plan for them to follow in developing the manual. We went over the original coliform sampling plan and it will need updated as more information was provided on the distribution system. I discussed the ERP and Tim and I will get together at a later date to go over the 6/2009 version of the ERP. I reviewed the LCR pH monitoring required for the system and helped with pH monitoring on site with their new owner. ACTION NEEDED: I will modify the existing coliform sampling plan and send it to Tim and I will go over 2009 EPR with Tim on line so he can complete it and send in the Proof of Completion form. Tim will send me a draft of the O&M Manual for my comment and review. | ||
