Details:	SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Study DETAILS: The Colton Water district owns and operates a water system which provides water to approximately 1500 people, through 450 connections. The District has a surface water source (Jackson Creek). Water is treated through an aging packaged water treatment plant with flocculation, settling tubes and rapid sand filtration. John Potts (HBH) provided data collection and composed draft Contact Tracer Study report for the water district. Due to the complexity of the system, a secondary review was required. I reviewed Contact Tracer Study information/data provided by John Potts and made recommendations to the report. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time.
