Details:	SUMMARY: Broken main in Haven Acres - Part 1 DETAILS: Kathy Miller (PUC) called to discuss a Clatskanie water line break - pump station serves 25 homes, revenue from meters are paid to City. The City and the developer both claim it isnt their responsibility. Kathy was unsure whether this was a private water system or a municipal one, but I mentioned that I would contact Evan Hofeld and one of us would get back to her. A letter dated 9-29-09 sent from Chris Hughes to the City notes that Haven Acres is the Citys responsibility. I Called Kathy Miller and told her it was apparently a DWP issue not a PUC issue and Id be happy to contact the resident. She gave me Fred Humpfreys phone number. Steve Sherick (another resident) also called around that time, wanting to talk about the issue. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to contact residents of Haven Acres.
