| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint of Low Pressure DETAILS: Received a call on 4/14 from a resident of a mobile home park in Hermiston (formerly PWS #4100377) who had extremely low water pressure for the last couple days. Pressure at the master meter to the park was fine, so the problem was in plumbing on the parks private property. The park manager was provided with a boil notice template for those affected customers should their pressure drop to zero. On 4/15 spoke with the park owner, Bob Hartford. He had been trying to detect leaks within the parks plumbing. City staff helped discover a valve that had been left mostly closed. After the valve was fully opened, pressure was restored to the affected homes. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
