Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrates DETAILS: March 2010 - Left message on systems phone recorder regarding non reporting nitrates. Received return call from Kathy Willis, treasurer 503-697-4198 who stated they had done sample and didnt know why it wasnt recorded with the state. Informed he that some labs dont automatically submit results to state. Clarified reporting requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Kathy to submit to Clatsop County to assure results get forwarded to state. 4/16/10 mailed to state 2010 nitrate lab report. Completed system information form per Kathys request for mailing address of legal owner to be changed.
