Details:	SUMMARY: DBP Violation 1st Quarter 2010 DETAILS: Tim Sanders called to discuss the violation assessed against the City of Sweet Home for not reporting 1st quarter DBPs. Tim has the results, but didnt think he needed to submit them until the middle of the month of April. I told Tim that all test results are due by the 10th of the month following the end of the monitoring period. 1st quarter DBP results were due by 4/10/2010. Tim now understands when the tests are due and will submit them ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 1st Quarter DBPs.
