Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring violation for nitrate DETAILS: Received call from Lorretta Hall, daughter-in-law of operator regarding state notice of noncompliance of testing. Operator and Lorretta unclear as to requirements and fact that tests have been submitted but not showing on state website. ACTION NEEDED: Operator has lab results of 2008 nitrates and 2009 coliform 3 quarters. They will submit to Clatsop County for forwarding to state. 2010 nitrate and arsenic to get done.
