Details:	SUMMARY: Tetrachloroethylene (PCE) greater then the detection limit. DETAILS: Called Yogi Yee regarding the sample for PCE over the detection limit, but lower than the MCL. He still has no idea what is the source of the PCE. He plans to collect a sample at the well head and if PCE is detected in the source, then he plans to install activated carbon filtration for the treatment of VOCs. Two quarters of results were below the MCL so the system will only be required to collect annual samples for PCE. ACTION NEEDED: Collect annual samples for MCL and notify plan review if the system plans to install treatment.
