| Details: | SUMMARY: Requested SOC Use Waiver DETAILS: Linda inquired about chemical Use Waivers for the water system. DWP records were reviewed and it was discovered that the water system was granted an SOC Use Waiver in October, 2004. Last complete SOC analysis was conducted in August 2001. The Lourdes Elementary SOC Use Waiver grants a monitoring reduction from once every 3 years to once every 9 years for all SOCs except glyphosate, 2,4-D, adipates, phthalates, and benzo(A)pyrene. Therefore, a complete SOC analysis is due by the end of 2010 along with a complete VOC analysis. A letter describing these findings was sent to Lourdes Elementary on 05/07/2010.
