Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting follow up DETAILS: I spoke with Richard Foltz of ODOT and he stated that the lab, Pyxis, that was under contract had gone out of business and had not been notified. Consequently the water system missed their quarterly testing requirement. ACTION NEEDED: Get back on track with quartely testing. They also have been identified as a system that has to do monthly raw water samples. They also missed their first quarter of 2010 monitoring requirement for that also.
