| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: I spoke to Leo by phone and he stated the boil water notice is ready to be sent out. I asked him to fax in a copy of the boil water notice to the state. I also informed him he either needs to switch to another source or provide 4 log inactivation and do compliance monitoring. I reminded him he should maintain 1ppm minimum free chlorine residual at first connection until we have an accurate count. He said he tested this morning and had 0.58ppm chlorine residual. I faxed Leo info on worksheet, compliance monitoring and disinfection I also informed him of circuit rider program ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
