Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Jeff called stating one of four repeat samples showed coliform and so did the source sample. He believes the repeat may have been taken pre UV treatment presuming this is true, we will verify with next months 5 temporary routines. If these come back clean he can then return to quarterly routine samples starting July. He also believes the UV light is connected to a light switch that was turned off but is now taped on. He is considering how to provide a hard wire from power to UV and reduce chance of recurrence. Due to coliform found in sample from well head must now begin triggered monthly source water sampling for 1 year. Mark lab slips as source water and include date and lab number related to the 4/7/10 sample on each lab slip. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routine samples will be drawn next month. Begin monthly source water sampling starting next month and continuing for 12 months, unless Ecoli is first found.
