| Details: | SUMMARY: System Survey DETAILS: Bob recently reviewed the draft survey letter and: 1) Clarified the well log, Coos 4616, was the well located on Weyerhaeuser property upslope of the storage tank. The log records the closest physical address of the well as 151 Myrtlewood which at the time fo drilling was accurate, though the county address has since changed and additional residences are closer. 2) Asked for alternative ideas to allow for a pump pull rope system that does not compromise the sanitary seal. 3) Asked about plan review process for the well drilled in 1995 and 4) Pointed out needed editing in the letter. ACTION NEEDED: 1) Noted in this contact report and should lead to letter revision. 2) Will refer to the state, jay McPherson, for alternatives. 3) Referred to Marsha Fox at state. 4) Editing in process | ||
