| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to Coliform DETAILS: Received alert from operator and spoke to operators step father Gabby about 4 repeat samples to be taken as soon as possible. They were also given instructions from the lab. He informed me that sampling bottle was dirty and Robin cleaned before sampling. Informed operator that this was sodium thiosulfate and is meant to be in the sampling bottle. Operator will conduct 4 repeat samples this month and 5 routine samples in May. System has had no problems with chlorination system and positive coliform was most likely due to sampling error. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
