Details:	SUMMARY: Sample not properly labeled DETAILS: Operator was working to ready the system for the May 15th start date. System has been shock chlorinated and a sample was submitted. Operator labeled the sample as routine when it should have been labeled special. This is the second occurrence. The sample has been invalidated due to the park not being officially open to the public and water is not available. Operator was informed of the labeling error. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for actual sample prior to park opening for camping season.
