Details:	SUMMARY: Missed nitrate for 2009 DETAILS: I called the Johnsons and left message to check with their lab to see if nitrate test was done in 2009 and fir done to send the result to the state. If not cone, I suggested they do the 2010 nitrate ASAP. Ms. Johnson called back to say that she didnt know about this requirement and assumed their lab would take care of required sampling. She said she will call the lab to check on it. 5/4/10 - The 2010 test was taken 3/29/10 and has been received by the state. ACTION NEEDED: Returned to compliance.
