Details:	SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Spoke with Tim and he will check to see if sample was taken but not reported or if it was missed and get back to me. Nitrate sample was missed and he will take it ASAP. 4/22/10 - Checked and nitrate sample was drawn on 3/2/10 and received by the state 3/8/10. ACTION NEEDED: Violation resolved.
