| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert DETAILS: S.U.B. PWS# 00837 had a routine total coliform present sample taken 5/11/10 at 1221 kenray loop s/s. Five repeat samples were collected including two source samples. Of those five repeat samples only one, the original location of 1221 kenray loop was total coliform present. All other repeat samples including one upstream and one downstream from original sample location were absent. This meets the criteria for sample invalidation as described in OAR 333-061-0036(6)(k)(B). I recommended invalidating the sample results in SDWIS. The PWS will collect an additional sample this month to replace this original sample location. Awaiting approval for invalidation. ACTION NEEDED: invalidation needs approval from DMCE. | ||
