Details:	SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The City owns and operates a surface water system that provides water to 9,540 people through 3,500 connections. Water from Abiqua and Silver Creeks is treated by a conventional water treatment plant prior to disinfection with sodium hypochlorite. HBH was contacted by Steve Starner to provide assistance with a contact tracer study to determine the amount of contact time in the reservoirs before the first user. The tracer testing is complicated by the current lack of delivery meter following the contact reservoir. I visited water system to determine methodology for the completion of contact tracer study. ACTION NEEDED: Determine acceptable methodology and flow. Perform tracer study.
