Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed monitoring violation DETAILS: Spoke with Chuck Michael at the state regarding the violation. When I spoke with Betty in April about the positive coliform, I did not realize that source samples needed to be taken from both wells. I informed Betty that in the future, raw samples would need to be taken from both wells as part of their repeats but that they should be labeled Source samples. Betty will draw a raw water sample from well #2 during their monthly coliform sampling for June. ACTION NEEDED: Resolve violation when the source sample has been received and reported at the state.
