Details:	SUMMARY: Failed to sample IOC DETAILS: Spoke with Dory at Water Lab and she mentioned they had applied for an IOC waiver sometime in 2006/2007 but had never gotten a response but felt their should be a waiver and no IOC sample was needed. I said I would look into this with the state and get back to her. ACTION NEEDED: None
