Details:	SUMMARY: service outage DETAILS: Spoke with Dustin today regarding a service outage at the Crest 1325 pump station. Apparently a fuse was blown on the transformer which caused the pump station to turn off. Dustin reported low pressure in approximately 24 residences, below 20 psi. SCADA alarms alerted EWEB at 7:24 am on 7/23/10 and within an hour had fixed the problem and the pump station was up and running. The water system followed BMPs as far as what to do with follow-up actions, they corrected the pump station problem, flushed the lines, maintained positive pressure and collected a bacteria sample. I reviewed the BMPs with Dustin and commented that if it occurs again to test the pressure at some of the residences to ensure positive pressure is kept at all times. ACTION NEEDED: none at this time, continue to notify state if problems occur.
