Details:	SUMMARY: VIOLATION-- Failure tp report coliform 1st quarter 2010. DETAILS: Violation # 3516410 I contacted Dan hall and informed him of the violation. He thought the lab sent in the test result to state DWP. I also informed him of the public notice requirement. ACTION NEEDED: May 06, 2010 Left message that I received test results but they were from 2009. * 07/26/2010 Resolved - Results now in SDWIS.
