Details: SUMMARY: Responded to Lead and Copper MCL DETAILS: Spoke with Randy regarding the Lead and Copper exceedence in June 2010. Randy is going to speak with managers of the Pleasant Hill Shopping Center. He no longer wants to be the operator for the water system due to the continual problems with Lead and Copper. I told him that until the operator is changed, he was responsible for issuing public notice and information regarding the Lead and Copper exceedence. Also requested an e-mail stating proposal of what plan of action will be in place with dates. Requested e-mail no later than 07/19/10. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for proposal. Water system will be turned over to compliance officer Brad Daniels if no action is proposed.
