Details: SUMMARY: Responded to Arsenic Alert DETAILS: Spoke with Travis Lamb on 7/22/10. Arsenic treatment installed. Travis said the service provider is dragging his feet with keeping the media changed. Confirmation sample required within next 2 weeks. Water system is also required to do quarterly monitoring for Arsenic. Average initial + confirmation sample will determine compliance. Review after 2 quarters. Sample quarterly until below MCL. 4 quarters required for all systems before review. ACTION NEEDED: Confirmation sample and quarterly monitoring required for next 4 quarters (1 year) until August 2011.
