Details:	SUMMARY: A routine sample collected on 07/06/10 tested positive for E-Coli. DETAILS: 07/07/10--- Scot Beemer called and informed me of the positive sample and that repeat sample would be collected on 07/08/10. 07/08/10---I left a voice mail for Scot regarding the public notice and corrective action requirements in the event that any of the repeats test positive for total coliform or E-Coli. I also e-mailed Scot a Tier 1 public notice template. ACTION NEEDED: See next alert for action needed.
