Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up items to sanitary survey and monitoring issues (survey on 02-13-08) DETAILS: the system has hired a new manager as of April 2010. Met with the manager on 05-11-10 on site to discuss what is required of the PWS, as well as go over the survey that was conducted in February 2008 and how they can correct the deficiencies. Reviewed getting all monitoring and testing current/complete on or before end of 2010, completing the coliform sampling plan and what is, reviewed the ERP and purpose for such document, reviewed taking a raw sample 1x/year. Also reviewed requirements of O&M manual. New management stated they would stay on top of items better than had been in the past. ACTION NEEDED: Complete O&M manual. Get all monitoring current. Complete coliform sampling plan and ERP. Draft ordinance/enabling authority for cross connection program.
