Details:	SUMMARY: Alert: Water quality Coliforms DETAILS: I asked them to submit public notice and send to State because of positive samples, one at well head (source), one in the system. They have total Coliform violation. They decided to up chlorine level and flush system. I told them to take five temp routimnes next month and keep r.2 ppm - 1.0 ppm residual chlorine in the system and put that on the form. James Nusrala suggested special sample. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for results of tests.
