Details:	SUMMARY: No submission of lead and copper samples to laboratory DETAILS: I called Delta Environmental Services to find out if Mike Brown has submitted lead and copper samples to comply with the administrative order currently imposed against Saginaw Park Trust. Laboratory staff stated that they have delivered lead/copper sampling bottles to Saginaw Park Trust twice this summer: once in May and once recently. Mike Brown has not submitted samples to the laboratory to this point, although samples could have been submitted to another laboratory. ACTION NEEDED: Await submission of the lead and copper samples required by the administrative order and assess civil penalties if those samples have not been collected to date.
